Papillary conjunctivitis
=> 主要在upper tarsal, vernal時可見limbal papilla
=> 有central vascular core

Follicular conjunctivitis
=> 沒有central vascular core
=> aggregation of plasma cells and lymphocytes in superf. stroma
* toxic
* Molluscum contagiosum
* viral
* chlamydial
* bacterial
conjunctivitis是Reiter syndrome最常出現的表現
neonatal conjunctivitis （新生兒眼炎）
* 是嚴重的→由N. gonorrheae引起（但很少見）
=> systemic ceftriaxone for 1 week有效
* 最常見的→由Chlamydia Trachomatis引起
=> selflimited, 一般用oral erythromycin
