由眼表退化、ectasia而來的iron depostion主要在epithelium上

由代謝、中毒而來，在deep stroma and Descemet’s membrane

Ferry’s line → trabectulectoy手術後造成的bleb前面角膜上皮有iron pigmentation

Fleischer ring是keratoconus cone base有角膜上皮有iron pigmentation
